Conditions of Use

01 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "777sc" / "Platform" — The online gaming and sports betting platform operated at 777sc.bet, including all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, products, and services.
• "Player" / "User" — Any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the 777sc platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — The registered personal account created by a Player following successful completion of the 777sc registration process.
• "Funds" — Real-money PKR balances deposited into or credited to a Player's 777sc account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — Credits awarded by 777sc under any promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload bonus, free spin conversion, or loyalty reward scheme.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum total amount a Player must stake on eligible games before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, being the identity and age verification process required by 777sc under its international licensing obligations.
• "Services" — All gaming products, sportsbook markets, live casino tables, and ancillary features made available through the 777sc platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a 777sc account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with the 777sc Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

This Agreement takes effect from the date of your first registration or use of the 777sc platform, whichever is earlier, and remains in force for the duration of your use of the Services.

777sc reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming Services on 777sc, you are required to register a Player account. The following conditions apply to all 777sc account registrations:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) active 777sc account at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC or passport, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in Pakistan.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777sc account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your mobile number.
• You must notify 777sc immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected].
• 777sc reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where registration information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Account credentials must not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party under any circumstances.

04 Age Requirement & Identity Verification

777sc operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. KYC may also be triggered at any point during a Player's use of the platform at 777sc's discretion.

Acceptable identity documents for KYC purposes include:

• Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back
• Valid Pakistani passport (photo page)
• Proof of address issued within the preceding three (3) months, such as a utility bill or bank statement bearing your registered name and address

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 777sc may result in temporary account restrictions including the suspension of withdrawal privileges. 777sc is not liable for any inconvenience caused to Players as a result of mandatory KYC procedures, which are obligations under our international licensing framework.

05 Deposits & Payment Methods

777sc processes all Player deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the 777sc platform:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• EasyPaisa mobile wallet
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) bank transfer
• Meezan Bank transfer
• SadaPay digital wallet
• USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency

The following general conditions apply to all deposits made on 777sc:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your 777sc account cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 777sc does not accept credit card payments. Deposits must be made using the methods listed above.
• 777sc is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting caused by the Player's payment provider, mobile network, or banking institution.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative processing review before withdrawal is permitted.

06 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of real-money funds from their 777sc account subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 777sc account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus funds or pending wagering requirements must be settled before a withdrawal request can include those associated funds.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the 777sc cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.
• 777sc targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method and volume of pending requests.
• 777sc reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, 777sc may freeze or forfeit funds pending investigation and, if necessary, report the matter to the relevant authorities.

07 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

777sc offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on 777sc contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds not utilised and wagering requirements not completed within the stated time limit will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Bet: While bonus funds are active, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Placing bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a 777sc account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses is considered bonus abuse.
• Bonus Abuse: 777sc employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

08 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on 777sc — whether on sports markets, live casino games, slots, or any other product — are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 777sc does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where expressly provided in sport-specific or game-specific rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game or betting session, 777sc will apply its standard error resolution procedure. 777sc's decision in such matters is final.
• For sports betting, 777sc reserves the right to void markets, suspend betting, or adjust odds where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, match-fixing suspicion, or significant information asymmetry affecting market integrity.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all products. Current limits are displayed within the relevant product interface on the 777sc platform.
• All game outcomes on 777sc are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently tested for fairness. 777sc does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Cricket betting markets on 777sc — including PSL, international bilateral series, and ICC tournaments — are governed by the specific sport rules applicable to each match and market type, as displayed within the 777sc sportsbook.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777sc platform. Any Player found engaging in prohibited activities will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker-style games or coordinated sports betting.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds across markets or promotions to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Automated Betting Tools: Use of bots, scripts, software, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or operate an account on 777sc.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using false identities, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith.
• Money Laundering: Using the 777sc platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to structure transactions in a manner intended to obscure the origin of funds.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documents; or any other form of deceptive conduct on the platform.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access, operate, or wager using your 777sc account.
• Minors: Registering on behalf of, or allowing access to, any individual under the age of 21.

10 Responsible Gaming

777sc is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously as both a regulatory requirement and a moral duty to its Players.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 777sc Players and can be activated directly from within account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your 777sc account.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period to prevent unintended financial exposure.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been gaming for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the 777sc platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777sc platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777sc or its licensed third-party game providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777sc platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any 777sc content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any 777sc software or game product.
• Creating derivative works based on 777sc platform content or branded materials.
• Using 777sc trademarks or logos in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777sc's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777sc shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from a Player's use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside 777sc's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
• Decisions made by a Player based on information displayed on the 777sc platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional communications.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 777sc's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

777sc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 777sc will provide reasonable notice to affected Players via the email address registered to their account or via a prominent notice on the 777sc platform.

Your continued use of the 777sc platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account, subject to the withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions, including the effective date, is always available at 777sc.bet/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777sc holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to 777sc's customer support team for resolution through the internal complaints procedure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days of formal submission, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution authority designated under 777sc's international gaming licence.

777sc's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account conduct is final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process described above.
